CANCELLATION POLICY

To respect the time of both my clients & myself, the following policy is in place: Appointment Deposits - A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits go toward the total cost of your service. 48-Hour Cancellation Policy - If an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time, the deposit will be non-refundable. Late Arrival Policy - Clients are given a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or shortened, and your deposit may be forfeited. No-Show Policy - Clients who do not show up for their appointments without notice will lose their deposit and may be required to pay a new deposit to book future appointments. Emergencies - I of course understand things happen. In these situations, please communicate with me as soon as you are able and I will do my best to accommodate you.
